Complaints
You can contact us with complaints in writing at the e-mail address beschwerde(at)ecclesia-gruppe(dot)de or via the postal address provided or by telephone on +49 5231 603-8997. We will confirm receipt of your complaint in writing as soon as possible after receipt.
The processing time depends on the facts of the case; if a prompt response is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons for this and when the investigation is expected to be completed.
Arbitration bodies
Ecclesia Holding GmbH endeavors to settle any differences of opinion arising from the contractual relationship in an amicable manner. It is prepared to participate in out-of-court arbitration proceedings before the arbitration boards of the
Versicherungsombudsmann e.V. (Postfach 080632, 10006 Berlin, www.versicherungsombudsmann.de) and
of the private health and long-term care insurance ombudsman (Kronenstraße 13, 10117 Berlin, www.pkv-ombudsmann.de)
and will participate in the arbitration proceedings if these bodies have jurisdiction.
In accordance with the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in Consumer Matters (No. 524/2013), we draw your attention to the ODR platform, which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Complaints in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act ( LkSG)
