As a rule, the following are not covered
- Damage caused intentionally

- Individual event organizers: individuals or organizations that organize one-off or occasional events
- Associations and non-profit organizations: for the organization of club parties, charity events or other events
- Companies: for corporate events such as company anniversaries, trade fairs or customer events
